South Africa was divided into two sets of people Non whites and Whites or Non Europeans and Europeans

Non Whites we not regarded as citizens of South Africa and their movements were restricted to their pass and authorized permission for exiting such areas. This pass was known as "Dumb Pass"

The history of South Africa is depicted in this African Monument. Starting with the First Trekkers because of the arrival of the British through to the Settlers, the disruption of The Zulu tribe, The Agreement and the end of apartheid.

After Dingane, Shaka Zulu half brother, killed Shaka Zulu, he became the leader of the Zulu tribe. He then signed an agreement with the settlers to share the land and them convinced them to stay before going back to their families. Within three day he killed all the settlers that came to the signing but forgot to destroy the bag with the agreement.

There are mixed feelings about President Paul Kruger among Africans. Some see him as part of apartheid while others see him as anti apartheid. He had to flee South Africa on a ship sent by the queen of Spain to live in exile in Switzerland because his own saw him as a threat and decided to kill him.
